Digital Theatre
For the past two weeks we have had several lectures and workshops in digital theatre with Douglas O’Connell. His lectures have been really interesting where we have been discussing issues like how we define time and space in theatre the definition of performance. We have also been discussing questions like: What is the difference between cinema and theatre spaces? What does video bring to theatre and how do we find the right balance with the written language? Visit to the National Theatre
Today I attended an open day at the National Theatre’s costume department. I went with my friend who is a Costume Interpretation student at WCA. Evening Standard Theatre Awards

I know that it is certainly import

I have been developing my ideas for my individual project and sketched up some ideas of different rooms or spaces in the performance. But I am still struggling with finding the right space. At first I was thought it would be good if I used some vacated building or an old hospital building. The fact that I don’t have an actual space to go to and explore is really holding me back at the moment. I have been looking into ways to activate my audience. Do I want my audience to be p
